Delivery Terms and Conditions
Making a purchase on our website could not be easier. Just browse all the items displayed on our web and add what you wish to buy into the shopping car. After you have finished your selection, click on the button’ check out’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and can’t correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake for you.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will send you an email to inform the order# and details of your order, and hence a contract between us. Then you can download your invoice from the "Order history" section of your account by clicking "My account" on our Website.
Delivery Schedule
All delivery information we will send email to notify details. And you must inform us within three working days of expected delivery of the goods if they are lost or damaged in transit so that we can correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Back orders
It is our aim to ensure we always have stock of items promoted on our website but occasionally we may run out of a product before we’ve had time to refresh our site. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order(or a part of your order) we will contact you with details of anticipated delivery date and an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Wodepot Feather Store do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Risk and ownership
If the products delivered to you do not include all of the products that you ordered in any particular order or include incorrect products, you must inform us in writing within 12 working days from the date of delivery. If you do not, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result. In any event, our liability is limited to the price of the products not delivered or the cost of replacing such products.
Risk of damage or loss of the product shall pass to you on delivery or, if you fail to take delivery of the products, at the time when we have tried to deliver the products.
Return liability
1) If you are unhappy with any product you purchase on this website for any reason, you may return it to us. However, you should contact us first and we would inform the address and shipping way you should refer in returning the product. we will provide a full refund, if the return is the result of our error. Or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the postage costs.
2) We shall not be liable in respect of any defect in the products arising from fair wear and tear, neglect, failure to follow our instructions or misuse.
